Data controller

Data collected

• Account: e-mail address, display name, profile picture if you choose one.
• Contributions: the station changes you submit, with their history and author.
• Location: used only on your device to centre the map and compute routes. It is not stored on our servers.
• Technical data: no advertising trackers, no profiling. The website sets no cookies (see the Cookies page).

Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the service (map, account, contributions): performance of a contract / legitimate interest.
• Verifying and improving station data quality (multi-source arbitration): legitimate interest.
• Answering support requests: legitimate interest.

Retention period

Account data is kept while the account is active, then deleted. The contribution history may be kept anonymised (the author is no longer identifiable) for database traceability.

Recipients and transfers

Data is hosted in the European Union (Microsoft Azure). No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them: privacy@gasmobility.eu. You may also contact the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Download platforms

The apps are distributed through Apple's App Store and Google Play: these platforms process certain technical download data according to their own terms and privacy policies (Apple: Apple Privacy Policy, Google: Google Play Data policy).

Security

Exchanges with our servers are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Station data is public. Account data is isolated and accessible only to the necessary teams.
