The gasmobility.eu website and the GasMobility app currently involve no transactions: the app is free and the website is a showcase. These terms would apply to any paid service offered later.
Current products and services
No goods or services are sold on this website. The station data shown in the app is free.
Future services
If paid services (API access, data, premium features) were offered, these terms would specify: the service description, the price in euros including tax, the payment method, the duration, and termination conditions. Any online sale to consumers would apply the 14-day withdrawal right required by the French Consumer Code.
Legal warranties
In accordance with articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, any goods or services sold would benefit from the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects.
Consumer mediation
In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in case of an unresolved dispute, the consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The mediator contact details would be published here.
